Case study · Fashion

Éclat — streetwear fashion, online

Éclat is a fashion & streetwear store in Algeria: men's and women's ready-to-wear, limited-edition drops and everyday essentials. The goal — a desirable lookbook, a reassuring size choice and a smooth checkout, cash on delivery included.

The challenge

Selling clothes online means clearing two doubts: 'will it fit me?' and 'is it worth the price?'. We needed a flow that creates desire — strong fashion visuals, a clear size guide, detailed product pages (material, cut, measurements), and careful delivery to all 58 wilayas.

What we built

A fashion e-commerce site, crisp and high-contrast, mobile-first, with a filterable catalogue, a lookbook and a full back office to manage collections, stock and orders.

Catalogue by department (men, women, streetwear, essentials) and by size
Size guide and fit advice on every page
Detailed product pages: material, cut, measurements and photos
Lookbook and limited-edition drop highlights
Cash on delivery (COD) + CIB & Edahabia (SATIM gateway)
Fully bilingual FR / AR interface with native RTL support
Admin dashboard: products, sizes, stock and orders

Our approach

01

Scoping

We start from your collections, your drops and your delivery constraints to define the scope and the priorities.

02

Design

Strong streetwear identity (black, white, one bold yellow), mobile-first mockups and a checkout flow built to convert — validated before a single line of code.

03

Development

Catalogue filterable by size and department, size guide, lookbook, COD / CIB payment, with a tailor-made back office.

04

Go-live

Testing, performance and SEO optimization, then launch — source code and onboarding included.

Under the hood

Performance

Despite the large fashion imagery, every page is server-rendered and cached to show in under two seconds — compressed visuals, instant filters and lookbook on mobile.

SEO

Built for Google from day one: clean URLs, product structured data, multilingual tags (hreflang FR / AR) and an auto-generated sitemap — to rank for 'streetwear Algiers' as well as brand queries.

Bilingual experience

Arabic isn't a bolt-on translation. The interface flips fully to RTL — fonts, numbers and layout adapt — for a genuinely native experience in both languages.

From scrolling the lookbook to the parcel delivered against payment, every detail turns desire into a confident order.
